Our Outreach Play Team supports families through fun, engaging and developmentally focused play programmes delivered in a variety of local venues.
The team works across different communities to make services accessible to all families, offering:

• Lets Play sessions in a number of sites within the wards for children age 0-4 years.
• Pop-up play programmes designed to support early learning and social development
• Themed sessions focusing on communication, sensory play, physical development and early interactions.
• Opportunities for parents to meet, connect and learn through play with their children
• Programmes designed to bring Gold services closer to families, reducing travel barriers and promoting inclusion

The Outreach Play Team helps ensure that all Sure Start families can access high-quality early years experiences within their own community.
